Fashionable Friday: Cassandra from The Librarians

FF-cassandra

I don’t know if you’re familiar with the new TV series, The Librarians. Its based on a series of made-for-TV movies starring Noah Wylie about an Indiana Jones-like librarian collecting mystical artifacts à la Warehouse 13. So when I heard plans to launch an on-going series, I cheered like a little girl getting a pony on her birthday. The show is great and I love Cassandra’s quirky fashion sense — a mix of girlie sweet and tough chick. So, this week’s Fashionable Friday is inspired by the girl with the calculator brain.

  1. I’m right there with you. Isn’t the show great?!!! Especially with the cast they picked. I love this mix and you have it spot on. Come on and do a Jake Stone FF now. I see leather, and dark brown ink. A nice parker pen….. Just thinking. And now I’m laughing because I just saw the comment above which says the same think about Jake. Clearly we have like minds!

But I love the ink choice here. I love burgundy type inks. Dark, but kind of sexy in their own way.

  2. I enjoy the show too. Love the way you matched Cassandra’s clothes, her character with the cup and the show with the tote bag. I’d like to see the same for THE Librarian just to be different..
