The Case For Cursive

Another article has been published claiming that once and for all, cursive (script) writing is dying. The NY Times article title “The Case for Cursive” points out that printed writing is more simplistic and therefore easier to forge. The article mostly just mourns the lack of training and education among students in regards to cursive writing  and the loss of connection to the past.

Personally, I am sad to see the end to handwritten address books, journals, notes in the margins of cookbooks and other tangible, graphite-smudged evidence of our lives here on earth.
