Isn’t this a delight to see Edgar Allen Poe’s handwriting? I’m amused to see that the original correspondence was sent in November but Poe did not reply until February. Procrastination is not a new concept.

i wonder what he scribbled out.
I have found in my step-father’s estate a piece of a poem, possibly unpublished, of about ten lines that appears to be signed by Edgar Allan Poe. The handwriting matches as does the paper and ink style of the times.
Does anyone know where I should go to authenticate this?
