The desk shown looks pretty uninspired like something you’d pass in the local thrift store covered in dust, boxes and some old dot-matrix printers but clearly its worth a second look. Cleaned up and paired with a great chair, this desk becomes a lovely piece. Go forth and reconsider those thrift store finds!

This is beautiful. I love that while the desktop is full, it doesn’t feel cluttered, especially because it is near the cluttered yet artfully arranged (beautiful!) board above the desk. I love some of the simple desk that I see here, but I just can’t create a minimalistic or calm looking desk. This desk, however, supplies me with some great ideas on keeping my own desk un-cluttered while still putting all my needed items on it. THANKS!
