We, at Well-Appointed Desk, decided to research and find all the contents of Julia Turshen’s travel kit that was featured on Design*Sponge. Both understated, simple and classic, I just had to know where these products came from.

So here we go:

I suspect the laptop case contains a 13” Mac laptop, probably a MacBook Pro.

Everything in this photo is affordable except that gorgeous leather Hermes notebook. If anyone has a more affordable option, let us know.

Clearly, I am not the only one who gets a little dizzy at the thought of wonderful vintage office supplies. The folks over at Rhodia Drive also love to cull Etsy for old typewriters, red swingline staplers and vintage bakelite pencil sharpeners like the one pictured above. (via Rhodia Drive)

Everyone needs a calling card. If you don’t want to design your own or go through a service like Moo, How About Orange offers these sweet printable calling cards. Download the free font associated with it and launch Acrobat. Set your information and then print them out onto cardstock and cut to size. Voila! Now, if someone asks “Do you have a card?” you can say, “Why yes I do!” (via How About Orange)

This is the desk of Morgane from Les Composantes. She sued the back of an old painting with the weathered frame and struts showing as her inspiration board. The whole space is clean and bright but utterly feminine.
