Giveaway: Owl Paper Co. A5 Undated Planner

I have a beautiful planner from Owl Paper Co. to give away today. I reviewed another Owl Paper Co. planner last week that uses the same 80 gsm Delphina paper and a similar layout if you’d like to see pen tests and ink swatches.

The Owl Paper A5 Undated Bullet Journal features a Caramel Macchiato leatherette cover. It is a 6-month, undated bullet journal. For each month, there is:

  • a two-page monthly calendar spread
  • followed by a two-page habit tracker spread
  • followed by a two-page vertical weekly spread
  • then there’s eight daily pages with a timeline lightly printed in the margin

There are also 50 additional pages in the back for additional notes.  This planner also features Delphina 80gsm paper and has a total of 384 pages. The cover is a camel leatherette.

The planner feature a very light grid printed on the pages, a two-page monthly calendar and a vertical weekly calendar spread.

(There is a slight ding in the upper corner but it will not effect the binding or usability. Thanks, USPS!)

GIVEAWAY: We have ONE Owl Paper Co. A5 Undated Planner in camel leatherette to giveaway to one lucky winner.

TO ENTER: Leave a comment below and let me know what size planner or journal you usually use OR if you’ve tried or heard of Owl Paper Co.?  Play along and type in something. It makes reading through entries more interesting for me, okay? One entry per person.

  1. These are beautiful and I’m intrigued by this layout. I have been struggling for the past few years to find the right layout that works for me. I have settled on an A5 size, but I’m still playing around with different designs. Thank you for sharing this one with us!

  2. I used to use A5 for planning and journaling, but I’ve downsized to A6. I do use A5 notebooks for other stuff but A6 seems to be my sweet spot. Haven’t heard of Owl Paper Co before, but I’m sure they’re a hoot (ha ha)!

  3. I usually go for A6 because I can throw it in a bag if needed. A5 Hobonichi had a little too much space when I tried to use it; I wasn’t that detailed.

  4. My standard planner is an 8.5 x 11 At-A-Glance item GC520. I have used this planner since 2017. Before 2017, I used a different version of the At-A-Glance planner. My workload has changed. I am interested in a new type and style of planner. Side note: I am an owl collector- pictures, figurines, etc. So you grabbed my attention. Also, last week, when you reviewed the paper, I was very interested. —–Congratulations to the lucky person to be sent your planner!

  5. A5 girlie here! Looking for options to keep me on track at work with recurring tasks and the surprise project tasks that pop up!

  6. I’ve only heard of Owl Paper Co. I’ve never seen their products in person. I think that book would be a great ink swatch journal. Looks really nice.

  7. I’ve been using Stalogy A5 365 for the past couple years, and this is the first year the Hobonichi got me with their William Morris cover.

This is the first I’ve heard of Owl Paper, and that notebook would be a good doodler and plot idea notebook

  8. I use a A6 planner and have for years because I can tuck it in my purse easily. But I use an A5 notebook for journaling and love tucking it in an older Hobonichi cover. Gotta have an excuse to have more notebooks.
I’ve never heard of Owl Paper and since I’m a paper junkie (don’t judge me!) I’m really curious. I’ll have to do some research because now I have FOMO. It sounds good for ink swatches and ideas.
I read on this site about an emotional support stack of notebooks and I have used that term for my notebook addiction since I read it.

  9. This is the first time I’ve seen anything by owl planner, but it is planner season, and I haven’t chosen for 2027 yet, and I think UNDATED is the wisest choice for me. At least there will be a chance I could fill up the whole book. I loved the weekly layout and the habit tracker! I am committed to leave my planner size to A5 for now. What a nice giveaway!

  10. I’m trying to get into journaling/planning. Each morning I make a note that says “do a journal” but alas, this is as far as I have come to writing a journal or creating a planner. The Owl intrigued me since it seems like a structure that would be more inviting. The Owl looks like a wise (sorry about the pun) way to move me forward. Thank you and thanks for all the great articles you routinely provide.

  11. I’ve never heard of or tried Owl Paper Co. products which makes this giveaway exciting. A5 is my preferred size. Thanks for the chance to win and I hope you have a wonderful day!

  12. I am team A5 for planners. With sketchbooks, I usually have a bunch of different shapes and sizes going, but planners seem to get used better when they are A5.

  13. I’ve never tried Owl Paper Co products, and haven’t heard much about them, save for what I’ve read here! I’m usually an A5/A6 girl, generally using the former most heavily for journalling, and the latter has been my planner go-to. B6 is my current go-to for junk journalling!
I’d be very interested to try another format, size, and style for a planner, as I feel I’m still searching for ‘planner peace.’ What I’m trying new for this year is….okay. (A6 6-ring binder versus my previous year’s bound notebook in a traveler’s notebook cover.) So we’ll see!

  14. I have, but only intermittently use, a B6 planner. Have read about but never tried Owl Paper products. Do love the name. It seems to promise an access to wisdom and insight.

  15. I have used B6 graph or dot grid planners in the past. I prefer undated in case I skip a day or five. I haven’t heard of Owl Paper but their notebooks look promising. I find writing down my daily tasks helps my procrastination and also serves as a record of ideas and accomplishments.

  16. I don’t know Owl Paper, but would like to try. I usually use for my planner any A4 paper I can find at home (already printed from one side) and I cut it into two A5 and put it in my notebook. One day (when i’ll go through all the stash i have at home) i’ll buy the nice notebook i can see online 😉

  17. I like to use A5 planners, A6 feel a bit too small for me. Last year I used a Hobonichi Cousin and this year Wonderland222 planner. I’ve never used this paper!

  18. I haven’t heard of Owl Paper, but this looks like a nice book! I’ve been bullet journaling in A6 notebooks but I miss having a structured planner.

  19. Okay, so lately I’ve only used A6 notebooks for daily tasks, reminders (my kids’ birthdays, anniversaries, etc), and otherwise to record noteworthy events (like spotting a Red-breasted Merganser). I used to use a Franklin Planner or that other one that lawyers use, but since retirement, planning isn’t quite so necessary as it once was. I did use GTD back in the day and since then; I’ve tried to bullet journal twice, but yeah… retirement you know, once you learn the process things sort of slack off. But in spite of all of that I’m always looking for something new and the Owl Paper looks like fun.

  20. My planner journals are A5 dot grid notebooks. I’ve used Rhodia Goalbooks and a Scribbles that Matter (RIP, last seen when I was taking notes at a parent information night at my kid’s school in February 2025). My current one is a no-name dot grid from Amazon, and I have another Rhodia Goalbook and a couple STM graph-grid journals in the queue.

I hadn’t heard of Owl Paper before this review.

  21. This year I am using a leuchtturm1917 A5 daily planner. I am ignoring the hours on the left side and am just using it as page-a-day journal Owl Paper is new to me.

  22. I am an A5 person for my notebooks/planners in general. Sketchbooks though, I usually have a bunch of shapes and sizes at once, depending on my mood.

  23. I don’t use a paper planner day to day (my phone keeps me honest), and I haven’t tried Owl Paper Co. before, but I’ve been curious about getting back into paper. Count me in!

  24. I’d love to win this planner! I usually use an A5 bullet journal, and I haven’t tried Owl Paper Co. products yet, but the Delphina paper sounds lovely. Thanks so much for hosting this giveaway!

  25. I’ve switched from Moleskin planers to simply a Maruman A5 Spiral Notebook. For the cost, the paper feels nice and I appreciate the perforation. I wasn’t familiar with Owl Paper Co until this post but am going to look into more.

  26. I usually use an A5 planner and have never tried Owl Paper Co. products yet — the Delphina paper and that layout sound great. Thanks for hosting this giveaway!

  27. What a lovely planner! I have been using a Filofax setup, although it doesn’t have to be from them specifically. Until the tariff situation started, I was using the personal sized undated week on two pages TR68 from Good Inkpressions in either crème or white. Now I am using the Filofax brand dated week on two pages. It’s FP friendly, but bigger than a M nib can be a problem. I am always intrigued by a new paper, and this Delphina sounds interesting.

  28. I have been a happy planner girl since 2008 but last year I switched to Hobonichi weeks A5. I love trying out new planners and I repurpose old planners for friends to get more people to use planners!

And then you said...
