I grabbed a Wearingeul Modular Glass Dip Pen ($10) while at the Dallas Pen Show because… $10! The pen is a wood barrel glass dip nib pen with a brass-y cap for TEN DOLLARS!

But wait, there’s more! The glass nib is a screw-in design and Wearinguel sells packs of three spare nibs ($10). So, if you drop it and break the nib or it gets scratchy, it can easily be replaced.

As for the writing experience, the nib is about a medium, at some angles it can be a little scratchy but for swatching, labelling ink swatches or just getting some ink on the page, for $10, its totally worth it.

I would have gotten the extra set of nibs but we were sold out at the pen show pretty quickly so I will be ordering the extra set of nib soon so I can keep using and carrying this glass dip pen for years to come.
