I read about Ghostwriter Notes on Patrick Ng’s Scription blog. It’s an iPad app that allows users to create handwritten notes on an iPad screen using a finger or stylus. “Pages” may be exported to photo album, Dropbox or Evernote. It allows for PDFs to be imported and annotated. It appears to get decent reviews and sells for $3.99. Any iPad users out there using this app? Opinions??
Check out this lovely photo from Rhodia Drive of a sales display from the past — maybe the 40s. I love the notebooks in the center while the ones along the edge don’t look all that different from the Rhodia notebooks sold today. Pretty cool, huh?

Check out the history and the vast array of variations that have existed of the lowly (yet wholeheartedly useful) paper clip.

Rhodiarama Rainbow
I hate to tempt you with something you can’t have but I just couldn’t pass up this delectable photo of the 15 delicious colors available of the Clairefontaine Rhodiarama. These notebooks are only available in Europe currently so start banging down the door at Exaclair and get them to carry these in the US. I NEED the Anise Green blank ASAP! The turquoise and the taupe are also lovely.
